Welcome to Christopher Hatton Primary School
Welcome to Christopher Hatton Primary School website,
giving you a flavour of our school and how we put our values into action.
At Christopher Hatton, we are committed to working with parents to ensure the best for all our pupils. Working together we can build each child's confidence br creating a happy atmosphere, sharing high expectations and ensuring everyone achieves their full potential, both academically and personally. Children learn best when they feel safe to take on challenges, are interesed and feel valued.
Our vision is to inspire all children with a love of learning. We want our
children to become outstanding future citizens who are resourceful,
resilient and responsible. These '3Rs' underpin our teaching, giving our
pupils the confidence, skills and attitudes to be successful lifelong achievers.
Our children represent our diverse local community and we value the varied contributuons that everyone can make to our learning. Children speak a wide array of languages, originate from many different countries and each brings their unique character to our school. It is one of the features that makes Christopher Hatton a special place.

Parent View - Share your views through Parent View
At Christopher Hatton we value your views. Parents and carers can give their views of our school at any time of the school year using an online questionnaire called Parent View.
Please register with an email address and a password at http://parentview.ofsted.gov.uk. Once your login has been activated, it only takes a few minutes to complete answers to 12 short questions about aspects such as bullying, the quality of teaching, progress, etc.
Your views are important in helping inspectors make a decision about our school, and to help us know what is going well and what could be improved.
If you do not have a computer or an email address or if you would like help to use Parent View, please come into school and ask at reception.
Year 6 worked on a project looking at the Mount Pleasant development. Have a look at their wonderful film which they wrote and produced to share their ideas.
