Air purifiers in all classrooms

Over the summer I am very pleased to announce that Blueair, a world-leader in air purification systems, agreed to donate specialised air filters to the school as part of their charitable work. This represents a significant cost so is fantastic news for the school. Some of you know that we have been trialling an air filter in Y2 with positive results. We now have air purifiers in all class rooms including the ICT room. The air purifiers were installed last week and already after one hour, the air quality had improved with up to 88% of pollutants removed. The purifiers remove dust, smoke, soot, car exhausts including nitrogen dioxide, pollen, fungi, mould, bacteria and virus.

Blueair have also agreed to offer a 35% discount on their air purifiers for home use. Various models are available go to www.blueair.com/gb/ and enter Promo Code CHRISHATTON. The offer is valid until 31 October. For any questions, please contact sara.alsen@blueair.com
