Class Photos and Videos (from Year 1)
Earth Summit performance. This is the performance outcome from our learning about insects and why they are so important to life on Earth.
Have a look at our bee animations using Purple Mash!
As part of our learning about transport through time, Year 1 read the Little Red Train story, 'Faster! Faster!' by Benedict Blathwayt. We performed the story as a team. Even though some of use weren't in school because of lockdowns and isolation, everyone contributed either by acting on video or recording their voice. It was a fantastic team effort!'
Black History Learning
We learned about Mary Seacole. We think she is an important figure in history because she helped many injured soldiers during the Crimean War, although many people were not kind to her because of her skin colour. We are glad that history has moved on so far and now everyone is allowed to be a nurse, no matter where they come from.
